 Terms of Employment
 ◦ (Contract Period) March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027
 ◦ (Work Schedule) 5 days a week (Mon. - Fri., 09:00 ~ 18:00)
  ※ May be asked to do overtime and/or work on weekends during various events such as orientations and workshops
  (Salary) 3,000,000-3,600,000 Korean Won per month
   ※ Salary level will be determined based on the “NIIED EPIK Native Coordinator Salary Schedule by Level (2026.3.)” as shown below
  ※ Listed amounts are before any tax deductions (national pension, health insurance, industrial accident insurance, etc.); overtime pay is paid separately

  - Master’s degree in Education, Teaching, TESOL, or Second Language Studies

  - TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (minimum of 100 learning hours)

① Possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/higher qualification)
② Be able to obtain the proper visa (F-series visa, etc.) in order to work as an EPIK Native Coordinator
③ Not subject to the employment disqualification provisions pursuant to Article 29 of “Regulations on the Management of Non-Civil Service Workerse and Related Personnel of the Ministry of Education and Its Affiliated Institutions”
④ Native English speaker holding citizenship from a designated English-speaking country (listed below)
⑤ Currently residing in Korea
Designated English-speaking Countries:
USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, South Africa
Preferred
① English teaching experience in Korean public schools
② At least one (1) year of experience as an EPIK Native English Teacher or TaLK Scholar
③ Education majors, licensed teachers/educators (primary/elementary to secondary/high), or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certifcate holders
④ Native coordinator experience in a Korean regional Office of Education
⑤ Certification or proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, etc.)

  Successful candidate needs to also submit : an Employment Physical Examination Certificate

 Selection Process and Timeline
 ◦ Document Screening (First Round): Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 am
   - Document screening will be conducted for those who meet the required qualifications and submit all required documents. Five (5) candidates will be selected for the interview stage. However, if the number of applicants who meet the mandatory eligibility requirements is fewer than this, fewer than five times the number of positions may be selected.
 ◦ Results of First Round: Successful candidates will be individually notified after 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2026
 ◦ Interview Screening (Second Round): Friday, February 27, 2026 at 10:00 am
   - Comprehensive evaluation of abilities, personality, expertise, etc. required for the role
     Professional Attitude and Organizational Fit (25 points), Initiative and Creativity (25 points), Problem-Solving and Logical Reasoning (25 points), Professional Expertise and Job Competency (25 points)
    ※ Detailed schedule and processes are subject to change; successful candidates from the first round will be individually notified
 ◦ Final Result: Successful candidate will be individually notified after 5:00 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026
    
 Additional Information
 ◦ Submitted applications cannot be modified; applicants are responsible for any disadvantages resulting from errors, omissions, false information, being unreachable (e.g., failure to provide a mobile phone number), failure to confirm receipt, or failure to submit required documents
