 ◦ (Contract Period) From date of hire to February 28, 2027
 ◦ (Work Schedule) 5 days a week (Mon. - Fri., 09:00 ~ 18:00)
  ※ May be asked to do overtime and/or work on weekends during various events such as orientations and workshops
  (Salary) 3,000,000-3,600,000 Korean Won per month
   ※ Salary level will be determined based on the “NIIED EPIK Native Coordinator Salary Schedule by Level (2026.3.)”
  ※ Listed amounts are before any tax deductions (national pension, health insurance, industrial accident insurance, etc.); overtime pay is paid separately

Be able to obtain the proper visa (F-series visa, etc.) in order to work as an EPIK Native Coordinator
Not subject to the employment disqualification provisions pursuant to Article 29 of “Regulations on the Management of Non-Civil Service Workerse and Related Personnel of the Ministry of Education and Its Affiliated Institutions”
④ Native English speaker holding citizenship from a designated English-speaking country*
*USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, South Africa
Currently residing in Korea
Preferred
① English teaching experience in Korean public schools
② At least one (1) year of experience as an EPIK Native English Teacher or TaLK Scholar
③ Education majors, licensed teachers/educators (primary/elementary to secondary/high), or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certifcate holders
④ Native coordinator experience in a national institution, local government agency, regional Office of Education, or public institution within the Republic of Korea
Certification or proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, etc.)

 Selection Process and Timeline
 ◦ Document Screening (First Round): Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 10:00 am, NIIED 8th Floor Meeting Room
   - A document screening shall be conducted for all applicants who have submitted the required application materials, and candidates for the interview shall be selected at a ratio of five (5) times the number of positions to be filled
       ※Understanding of Duties and Work Plan (50 points), Teaching Experience (20 points), Teaching Certification(s) (20 points), Computer Proficiency (10 points); a total of four (4) evaluation categories (100 points)
       However, in the case where the number of qualified applicants is fewer than five (5) times the number of positions to be filled, candidates may be selected within such limit  
 ◦ Results of First Round: Successful candidates will be individually notified after 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 18, 2026
 ◦ Interview Screening (Second Round): Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 am
   - Comprehensive evaluation of abilities, personality, expertise, etc. required for the role

 Additional Information
 ◦ Submitted applications cannot be modified; applicants are responsible for any disadvantages resulting from errors, omissions, false information, being unreachable (e.g., failure to provide a mobile phone number), failure to confirm receipt, or failure to submit required documents
 ◦ If there are grounds for disqualification from employment or if any information provided in the application form is false and untrue, the final result may be canceled
 ◦ In the event that a vacancy needs to be filled due to cancellation of final result due to disqualification, abandonment of employment/contract, or immediate resignation after starting employment/contract by the final successful candidate, additional successful candidates may be selected within three (3) months from the date of the final result announcement
