Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement
 The National Institute for International Education will collect and use your personal information to conduct the “2024 EPIK Video Contest.” The use and collection policies outlined below are in accordance with Article 15 of the “Personal Information Privacy Act.” Personal information will only be used within the stated purposes.
 
■ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
  - Verification of contest participants, registration and confirmation of entries, and other purposes related to the management of the contest
  - Announcement of Contest Winners (through SMS, E-mail, etc.)
  - Transferring of Award Money
 
■ Types of Collected Personal Information
  - Name, phone number, email address, school name and information, bank account information
 
■ Personal Information Retention & Use Period: One (1) year after the submission of documents
 
■ Right to Decline Collection and Use of Personal Information and Consequences
  - Participants have the right to decline the collection and use of their personal information. However, this may lead to contest disqualification.
